How long does shipping take? Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Because we work with a curated network of global suppliers, some items ship directly from the source. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally? Yes. Ethyr ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order? We begin processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. Reach out to us at ethyr.info@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to help.

How do you choose what goes into the collection? Every product earns its place. We evaluate each item against three criteria: genuine efficacy, ethical sourcing, and energetic alignment with the Ethyr philosophy. If it doesn't serve your practice in a real way, it doesn't make the cut.

Are the crystals and stones in your collection natural? Yes. All stones and crystals listed as natural are exactly that — unaltered, ethically mined, and handled with care from source to your hands. Any treated or synthetic alternatives are clearly labeled as such.

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. We never want you holding something that doesn't serve you.

What if my item arrived damaged? Photograph the damage and contact us at ethyr.info@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions, no bureaucracy.
